Reel Lives is a website, two touchscreen interactive displays, an iPhone App, a hand-held gallery guide as well as being an exhibition at Glasgow's Museum of Transport.
Perspectives organises the content and publishes the website, re publishes it in a 32" portrait and 20" landscape kiosk all from the same database administered by the same Perspective Admin interface. The iPhone App and the (Nokia N800) hand held exhibition guide were also published from this data through perspectives.
Reel Lives is an exhibition aimed at encouraging comment and testimony from people with the objects in the Museum of Transport collection using archive film. Reel Lives is a collaboration between the Museum of Transport, the Scottish Screen Archive and is an Archive Live project.
